Belles n' Whistles challenge #2

In this weeks Belles n' Whistles challenge we want to see what you come up with, using ribbons and punches. Here is my card for the challenge. I have used a christmas image and coloured it with distress ink, refillers. I have also added stickles.

I have used two Martha Stewart punches for my card, leaves and the borderpunch with hearts. The edges on the image and the pattern papers are inked and sewed.

I have decorated the card with roses, ribbon, pearls, a tag and a napkin.

I look forward to see your card in our challenge. You can enter here

I have observed that smart real estate agents everywhere are starting to warm up to FSBO Marketing. They are realizing that it's more than just placing a poster in the front area. It's really about building associations with these sellers who someday will become customers. So, when you give your time and energy to helping these sellers go it alone -- the "Law associated with Reciprocity" kicks in. Good blog post.
