Bnw Challenge: Back to school
It is Monday again and time for another challenge at the BnW blog. This weeks theme is "Back to school". We want to see project/ cards with BnW stamps related to school.

According to my observation, after a the foreclosure home is sold at an auction, it is common to the borrower to still have a remaining balance on the mortgage loan. There are many creditors who try and have all service fees and liens paid off by the up coming buyer. Even so, depending on selected programs, laws, and state legal guidelines there may be a number of loans that are not easily settled through the transfer of financial products. Therefore, the responsibility still falls on the consumer that has had his or her property foreclosed on. Thanks for sharing your ideas on this blog site.
